Adelle is passionate about creating a supportive community by facilitating wellness through therapeutic human touch and is committed to an open and inviting atmosphere using honest and constructive communication.

 

Graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland Oregon in 2010, she is excited to be a part of the Flow State Team with the ability to collaborate with the other practitioners in the office!

 

Adelle specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage and Deep Relaxation, using her combined training in Western and Eastern modalities that include Acupressure, Deep Tissue, and Swedish Massage techniques. 

 

Outside of the office, Adelle is a Pilates instructor, powerlifter and avid cyclist. Her passion for Eastern body work stems from her time training GongFu.
